It is time to try Oswald’s Sherry Gravy Sauce! This sauce is a unique thickened gravy which contains sherry to enhance any dish. For this special gravy, Oswald uses sherry from a range of famous 200-year-old wine cellars in Jerez, Spain. The sherry matures in oaken barrels, called Barriques, and the flavour is characterized by its sweet taste. The fragrance is harmonious, full-bodied and elegant. This product is produced in Switzerland.

 

How to cook the Sherry Gravy Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:

For 2 portions, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of powder (20g) in 200ml of cold water and bring to the boil while stirring. Allow to simmer for a further 1 minute, stirring occasionally. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more water.

The Sherry Gravy Sauce contains wheat flour, maize starch, maltodextrin, spices 10% (onions, garlic a.o.), iod. table salt, tomato powder, rapeseed- and sunflower oil, flavourings (soy), seasoning (soy), yeast extract, sugar, beef meat extract, colouring (E150c), Osborne sherry 1% (sulphite), table salt, release agent (silicon dioxide), acid (citric acid).
